There is no way that this is worth 1.33 anymore. People are realizing that this item is just as common as it has always been. I even have one in my BP and I am lowering the price because I know that 1.33 is unreasonable.

Why is 1.33 in the range then?

well.... I would personally like to make it 1 ref but I thought that may be to dramatic of a price change. I'm sure there are some sales of 1.33, but they have been closed. Buyers successfully buy at 1 ref, legitimate sellers sell at 1.33 with difficulty, but I speculate that it does happen. And I'm sure if this gets accepted there will be a suggestion in the not so distant future to lower it to 1 ref or less.

Probably because outpost is being stupid and removing sold items from searches. Impossible to say that 1.33 is not happening.
