took me forever to sell for 35 keys, needs adjustment. Its an ok hat and the effect isn't very complimentary.

FYI, you really should list some offers from each link. Pro-active suggesters are usually the more successful ones.
That being said, you sold it for 1.3, so wheres the 1.1 and 1.4 coming from?
Edit:
L1 Rejected 1.3 buds, smoking swag, smoking noble (wants 1.44)
L3 Rejected S slinger 1.34
multiple rejected offers around 1+ bud, several offers a bit higher. With the highest being 1.3-1.4 and with sellers being a bit unwilling to take any less than 1.4 buds.
sorry, im pretty new here, but i thought that would be a good range
looking into it, it very well might be. But you've got to find proof to back of your suggestions. Just edited my initial comment.
Upvote.
Thanks for dropping the price right after I buy it, Shock.
However, I do agree with it. I was getting buds-buds+5 offers all over the place. Settled at buds+7.
In a nutshell, it's getting my upvote, however reluctant I am to give it.
A good suggestion, for some tips please read http://steamcommunity.com/groups/meetthestats/discussions/0/864957912659621148/ on how to make the best possible suggestion, thanks!
