On almost every single hat I can find 13 hour is very close to sunbeams and higher then energies and knifestorm with the exception of spy hats where knifestorm is themed. 1 of 3

I believe this price range fits right in between beams and knifestorm and energies.

beams is at 7.5 - 8 ish

knifestorm is at 6.2-7
