I just got this and decided to look at market for prices. Lowish hat, midish effect but gets some alright offers considering.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8296043 - Claims someone is going to give him 3 buds for both in a week, heavy emphasis on "claims", I'll believe it when i see it.

So a 30-31 key, 1 bud, and Inspectur + 7 keys seems to suggest the low end can be brought up a tad here

Also of note, fix the damn value enter code already, changing the lower value also changes the higher value which is what causes the mess up in suggestions.
