These are all the Orbiting Planets Tricornes on Outpost, some of them are months old and most if not all have buyouts set at 1.4 - 2 buds at least. It's obvious none of them are going to be met. I set the price to 0.9 buds because all of the 1 bud offers are either no longer valid or old.
