Doing research on the backpack, looks like it was purchase for What's in the Companion Square and Sanvich Boxes. Roughly 12.5 buds at the time. Was bought between 10-19 and 10-22.
After looking through the last 3 that were for sale on outpost, I see 0 evidence of any offers above 16 pure.
proof that it got sold at that price ?
Compare the backpack on 10-19 and the backpack on 10-22. That's the best we can do.

This is not a quick sale and such items can sell for months without losing in price.
To prove your price you need real sales .
it's on sale month ago , has 3,992 VIEWS , 137 BOOKMARKS ...
since 4000 peoples no one offered more than 16.8 , what would be the real sale is !
This does not not mean anything, just that it not sold for 16.5 buds.(month not big period for sale in the amount 15-18 buds).Need to look for the real sales.Maybe it's sold or bought much cheaper(we do not know about it)

i didn't saw any offer is 16 pure , it's just wrote in the seller note and if it's true , 16 already in the range
it is also in the current range, this item is like a collectors item as it is glitched so it will take time for people to offer something decent
