Very easy to find one for 3.33. I bought one for 3.66 few days ago. And that was a hell of a fast trade xD. First trade I found was for 3.33. More proofs in comments.

        quicksells (outliers) don't make the market price. although i do agree this is probably not worth 4 ref since i am selling it for 1 key myself but that is probably more because i had the person i traded with overpay in items anyway so i don't have much to lose. therefore the price change 1 day ago was just fine. don't mess with it!
