I am the owner of a ghost noh mercy, i get many offer around 12 pure bud, extremely when i get a server. If i want i can easy sell this for 13 now. The best offer i get in pure is 14-15 http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8108958 given by T-virus. As i know, the recent ghost noh mercy sold for a sunbeams kabuto. This guy is the only one selling this hat on the market now http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8393501 and what he wants is 15 pure nothing else. I will say it is a very fair price for a ghost mercy since it is a very themed effect for spy and the style of the misc. scorching and sunbeams all go for 23-30. p energy sell for 14. And there is people with p energy wants to upgrades to a ghost one. so i think the price is definitely rising. I think there is no more unusual noh mercy can be unboxed for a long time(even if valve says it can).
If a buyout is 15 pure, then the high price shouldn't be over it unless it's a quicksell. That trade has been open for 1 week, which is a short amount of time, and he says he's in need of money fast. That particular hat is also duped...
Also, we don't use tier comparisons to keep track of unusual prices. We only go by what the hats are actually traded for.

as i know, all ghost noh mercy are duped. But tbh i don't really know how the backpack tf works, i write 18 bud since someone sold for a sunbeams kabuto(market price is 16-20), i can find it if u want, just need some times.
You can tell me how exactly this system used since i don't use this very often but the current price is obvious low

Yes. That is like 3 weeks ago. And the guy who bought that is my friend, who price it at 20 pure and now quit trading to keep the noh mercy in his hands
