Although there are enough in existence and it's an ugly / useless misc that you barely notice in game, there is not a lot of supply for some reason.

Collectors will have to pay a little extra to snatch one and get it before someone just looking for a cheaper version of the craftable does for 1 ref. So I think 1.33 is reasonable.
