This is very interesting, I thought these hats were worthless but I guess I was wrong, proof seems quite old (3 weeks) but should be legit for this case (only 5 trades in outpost):

1-1.66 seems legit at this point, not many offers for it.

Yeah, it was quite a bugger trying to get it from the achievement.

I did it and yeah as soon as I got to level 6, uninstall the game and get mah free hat.

I hated grinding in that POS game, along with SMNC. Both were just awful P2W games.
