fair enough but however i think maybe 1.1-1.7 would be a better range as most offers are around 1.1 but the highest offer was 1.7 as in the vintage bills

Lower end -1.1 -very little(My price: 1.3-1.8-vintage bills -best offers -you should consider).I'm not sure I do not really like that.

the majority of other offers were below 1.8, the vintage bills was retracted, and i did not factor that in.

He not sold him a hat for vint. Bills(he thinks that the hat is worth more- so was retracted )-this had to be considered as best offer.
