hard to say middle price of this offers ... but if they get offers mix offer 10 buds and money offer 8 buds .. but still 8-8.5 will be good ...

He doesn't have 10 buds right now because that was 3 weeks ago. If you look at his history, he was handling 10 buds at that time. I do not like that offer being outright ignored.
Having gone over your suggestions, you seem to have a habit of cherry picking offers and creating ranges off insufficient amounts of information. You may want to avoid pricing halloween effects in the future until you have a better grasp of how to price unusuals.
i guess 8 pretty low and too early to set price of those offers , i saw some of it went for more than 10 month ago

skull pot+ghost private ? - private is around 3.7 and pot is around 4.5 buds(owner need 5 buds so 4.5 will be middle price)
gifted c.bubbles samur eye ? 4.5 buds + ghost snaggle - total its around 7.5
knifestorm honcho + bubbling sns ? - total its around 7.1 buds
so its old trade and already closed , i looking now only trades where ppl still offering and something , so middle price anyway will be 8-8.5 , in this trades offers middle price will be 7-7.5 not more ..
as i said at your second suggest , offers doesn't mean a lot to pricing , check the solid trades ,i guess no one sold it lower than 9-10 ..

sold for hoo-wer but considering who the buyer was & that other was still up for 9 buds at the time, Id call it an outlier.
