I also had someone about to buy my unusual for 27 keys, but he bought a steaming chieftians for 30 keys instead. I'm in the process of selling this for 1 bud with somebody.
On Tf2OP all of the trades have B/O's of 1-1.5 buds. Of course these are just B/O's and are not really proof.

I was going to sell mine, but I'm going to keep it. I think it's a great hat. Just because it hasn't sold for 1 bud pure doesn't mean it's not worth it. People aren't really that interested in it.
wait, if you bought one for 24 keys, why are you making that the low end? o.O that should at least be in the midranges. And also i dont see any offers of 27 keys, or equivalent, "Bubbling safe n' sound + 5 keys" would be over 27 keys, if it wasnt for the fact the the price on backpack.tf for this is pretty wrong. And he ended up selling it for a smoking copper hard top (18-20 keys) The last owner of the copper hard top got an offer of 12 keys, after a week. So i dont really see the need for this to be 27 keys
No, Because I was willing to buy it for 24 keys because I liked it. I got 2 offers in steam chat of people wanting to buy it for 1 bud, but sadly didn't save it. If you look above and see the ofers, then you would know why I put the price above. For example 1st link got an offer of Nuts n Bolts Buccaneers Bicorne painted white (18-23 keys) plus 2 keys which is 25 keys at the high end. Just look above. Also, do you like stalk my profile and see what price suggestions I make?
I put 24 keys at the low suggestion, because People offered above that and I bought one for that price.
If you don't like my proof downvote it. I don't want to start another argument with you.
that was a lot of unnecessary stuff. Im just showing you what was wrong with the proof ^_^ also you gotta take into account, unusual overpay. The prices are based on pure, so if your looking at offers, you need to consider overpay. and no. it just popped up on the recent suggestions list :( and btw. your the only one starting the argument. I was just saying why the proof was wrong. Oh and you could've put all that into a single comment, there is something called "edit".
This is capable of getting offers over 20 keys, that's why I made a new suggestion. I don't see what's wrong with the proof. That's your opinion and you can downvote it all you want. Have a nice day. (Btw, thanks for telling me how to edit. Been wondering how to do it. Thanks :)
i get that. and i mostly agree with the low end (mostly, not fully), i just dont agree with the high end
Hmm proof looks rather decent. Just wondering if this 27 key offer happened on a trade or if the person added you. It'd be great if he did it on a trade of yours, so we could see it.
