Since majority of the Fed- Fedoras are painted with expensive paints and has special levels, I didn't include them but there is one who has not been painted or anything special in it. Proof below.

I figured out what happened... he saw price, he saw price was 1 rec, he said "added for fedora" owner raised price to 3 rec instead, never traded.
