There are not alot of these on outpost that arent special leveled, so this is all the proof thats up there.

If anybody disagrees or has counterproof, provide it and I will alter my suggestion accordingly.

Maket price after Tax is about 5.90, which is almost dead on 2.5 Keys

there's no many on sale , pretty didn't found any cheaper than 2 keys + 1 ref , even market even other sites .. can't disagree while the average in steam market 3.16 keys out of 20 sold
