This weapon has been out for about two months now, and a lot of people have it, so I think that it should be 0.11.

the 'buyer' you meantioned is only buying at 1 scrap, see his trade, hes also trying to sell at .44

man, and I wanted to sell mine to the so called buyer at 2 scrap...

I believe he is refering to the person who offered 2 scrap on that trade 6 hours ago which would have been 2 hours ago when his comment was posted.

if there are 1 scrap buyers, than that means its not 1 scrap. if they were 1 scrap the buyers would've been taken or went to the sellers, but sellers are selling at .22-.44~
