Conclusion: Price needs a major update here. Lower range of 1.6 buds justified by this trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8618111. Higher range of 1.7 buds is due to this the Bubbling El Jefe offer (1.8-2 buds). Considering overpay for unusuals.

I didn't suggest 1.8-2 buds as a high end is due to the fact that most of the trades have a B/O of 2 buds and they couldn't possibly sold it for 2 buds pure (most of the proof here are related, they are the previous owners) because it would be absurd to buy and sell at 2 buds back.
