Needs a bit of an adjustment, hasn't been updated in a few months.
Only two links on outpost, both by the same guy.

He has a wide range of offers, but is getting some decent ones.
On the first trade, he was offered 2 buds plus a few gold variants of the new botkillers. Probably the most notable offer on that one.
On the second trade, he recently got offered a Holiday Headcase (3-3.6) if he added his Planets Stovepipe (19-24 Keys). He said that he was going to take this offer, still probably trying to get online at the same time to complete it.
Overall, the range seems to be almost the same, just a tad lower for the High Value.
Feel free to leave feedback in the comments!
Holiday Headcase (3.3) - Planets Stove (0.8) = 2.5 buds. I see no need for the high range to be 2.6
I made the high range 2.6
I was just about to say that, where do you see that he made the high end 3.6?
Ye, sorry 2.6 I meant. But if It is being sold for 2.5 in items, there's no need for the high range to be 2.6.
you're going to down vote it just becuase it's gone over by 1point, is there really any difference?
I didn't downvote... I just said that there's no need for the high range to be like that. And consider overpayment a factor so that offer should be about 2.3-2.4.
Ah, I see what you mean. Since the Headcase ranged a tad higher, I thought that 2.6 would be sufficient.
Yea, you need to account for overpay...
Last trade involving this item was http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8136163 - traded this hat, planets stovepipe, and o.fire TC for a c.moon brain slug
Ah, alright.
The guy got a recent offer of blizz crown (1.3-1.7) + buds, which is around the 2.4 buds mark... high price is slightly high, but not by much
