Suggestion: Fireproof Secret Diary at 30.25–35.75 keys

Conclusion: After considering all offers and also overpaying in unsuals for some offers, a range of 1.3 buds seems to be the limit of what ppl would offer. Most of the traders placed absurd b/os for this diary but neither of them are getting what they asked for. Lower range of 1.1 buds is justified by the successful buyer at aproximately 1.1 buds. Anything below that is hard to get and considered quicksell.

In this case of the diary, buyer trades are needed to proof that the lower range of 1.1 buds do exist, explanation are as of below:

In my successful buyers link, link one (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8296887) was offering 1 bud 2 keys (an equivalent to 1.07 buds) and he bought plenty at that price (check his backpack). Now one may argue that buyers links are just a quicksale link and cannot be counted as proof. But have a look at both links below:

Both buyers are buying at 20 keys, which is way below market price. In both trades, they were being offered 1.1 buds instead of 20 keys. Notice the trend, in every quickbuy trade (doesnt matter which item) there will always be ppl looking to sell thier items for a higher price than the one stated in the quickbuy trade. In both buyers' trades, the limit that they willing to go is 1.1 buds, no lower. And due to the fact that the first link in the "successful buyers" list is able get plenty at 1.07 buds, this proves that 1.1 buds is indeed a suitable lower end range.

As for the trades in the sellers list, Spreadsheet price of this diary is 2-3 buds, triggering the enormous B/Os people placed on their diaries. Note, in the other current suggestion, he had 4 trades there, only 2 trades are showing offers of 1.3 buds (which I already placed them here) while one trade (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8481973) didn't really have any offers of 1.3 buds. This is because the guy offered 1 bud + 'some' backpack expanders. He didn't specify how many, it could be 2 (5 keys) which will bring the price to 1.16 buds, we'll never know. Most of the offers that I've seen are also around the region of 1.1-1.3 buds. I have proven that 1.1 buds is legit, as well as 1.3 buds.

Did valve forget about this? :o

I saw a lot of ppl commenting about this in the trades. Some say they were forgotten, glitched, valve purposely left it there, can be used to obtain unusuals later on, valve didn't delete it cuz it was involved in the economy, etc.

So yeah, many reasons for it, we'll just have to see what it does. o.o

I have bought 2 diaries with this trade, both at my old price of 1 bud + 4 keys (I think) and I was also able to sell both for 1 bud + 10 keys without much trouble tbh. The ten that are still in my backpack I bought a looooong time ago for about 40 keys each.

I'm remaining neutral on this though (I don't vote for price changes of items I own), this is a mercurial item but I can say that very few people seem willing to sell at 1.1 buds, though it does happen, it does appear to be a quicksell price.
