He was also offered a Cloudy Moon Bonk Boy, which needs an update here but is still certainly way above the current range. In fact he also offered it on the next one. I've no idea what on Earth he's thinking. Moving on, there is also an offer of a Purple Confetti Party Phantom plus a level-unspecified (not currently in the backpack) Max's Severed Head (about 3.5 buds).

The amazing offer of the Massed Flies Ol' Snaggletooth appears to be going to a lot of hats (the next Fez owner's response suggests that its an over-pay). Only one, at most, can get it. Also offered about 3.5 buds in mixed promo/unusual.

Four buds happens so from the evidence that I found I can confidently put that into the range. As for the lower value, I'm choosing 3.5 buds because owners of this hat are often offered unstable unusual hats for it, but those hats certainly still get 3.5.

As a service to honesty I feel like I should also say that I just acquired a Green Energy Familiar Fez but they're rare so I was looking at the Purple Energy Familiar Fez and decided to throw up my conclusions here, just in case if anyone cares. :P
