Conclusion - Updating 7 months old price and this is a cancer Unusual so the new range will be more better and the previous suggestion was accepted with no proof..And the Lower is 16 becoz people only offered in 16 to 14 in items no more high offer then that...
Because the last suggestion was 7 months ago...
So it means before any suggestion get accepted since there was inaccuracy of people,voters and etc..?? free rep??
It means an unusual price doesn't stay the same. They fluctuate. Think of how many more unusuals there are today than 7 months ago.
Also you made it sound like the price change was recently accepted from the main page, so that was a bit annoying.
