I don't know. It just seems like you're doing partially doing this for personal gain. Aka, semi-biased. Had you not been very actively selling / own that many TS cans yourself, I would have a different opinion. And you did the last one too, I see.

If you actually try to buy TS, you would see it's a hassle to do it for even 1.10 keys.

He may own some, but he is very well selling them, and other traders who want even more are also not having problems doing so.

For those qq'ing about how he has them, did you bother to check is proof? He's sold a lot more than 8 at above current price, and he has experience with the item.
