-Sellers are selling for less than 2.66, down into the lower parts of the range. A few sell for 2 ref, but not enough to warrant a price drop to 2-2.33.

-Buyers are scarce (only four pages on outpost). Buyers at 2 ref or less no longer have theirs, however other than the lone trade at 2.33 on outpost (and a 2.33 trade on tf2tp), those are the highest buying trades.
