- Demo set (Crown + G. Cape + Cool Breeze + S. Grenade + S. Sticky + S. Bottle) = Crown + 5-6 keys in items

- Scout set (Hermes + Gold Scatter + S. Pistol + S. Bat) = Hermes + 6-7 keys in items

Items almost cancel out from both sets, so it was basically 1:1 and Hermes is around 1.1 buds.

Conclusion: Since the current offers that Link 1 lists are most likely outdated, those cannot really be used as evidence. One was purchase for 1.4 buds and sold 1:1 for an unusual worth basically little more than a bud. The offer of 36 keys is fairly recent and equal to 1.3 buds, so I would say that 1.2 buds as a low end is not unreasonable. The sale of the scout set for demoman set may have just been a matter of personal preference.
