I can't get many trades with people buying as there is only 2 pages and nearly all of them are either offering a very low price, looking for odd levels or trading items for it.

I've bought 10ish I think at 1.66 over the last 2 weeks. I can screen some of my inv history if you want to remake to 1.66-2

Actually, I would agree with this price.

They can easily be sold for this price.
