Conclusion:

It's a unwanted hat, and nobody is interested in it anymore.

A lot of buyers under 2.33 ref, but with almost no success.

It's hard to price, due to the lack of proof/trades, but I think 2.33-2.66 ref. would be a good pricing for it right now.

2-2.66 ref. is a good price because:

There's a lot of unsuccessful sellers at 3 ref. and above, and 1 on 2.66.

There's a lot of buyers under 2.33 ref, but a couple on 2.33 or 2.33.
