I Believe the Scorching Flames Whoopee Cap should be sold for more as I've seen most of the other whoopee cap have gone up in price lately yet the Scorching flames and Cloudy Moon haven't yet raised and from what I've seen scorching flames is one of the most preferred effects on scout unusual's

Yes you are right there but Most of the reasons that most prices get updated is cause they haven't been updated in a long time, There is only one other Scorching Flames Whoopee Cap on tf2 outpost other than mine and like many others they wouldn't let it go cheap (Here He Turned down 4.5 buds http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8060145)

Sorry i removed the First comment i realized how dumb it was

1) Buyouts and what sellers reject/want doesn't really matter for a price increase. What other people offer is what you should look at. If you want to lower the price you can use buyouts as proof, if they are lower than the current price and within the range you are suggesting.

2) The highest offer on that trade is 4.5 buds. That is only 0.1 bud higher than the high end of the current price, so no need for a price bump that far.

edit: so what you do need to do is find multiple recent offers in the 4.5-5 buds range you are suggesting.

If you look down on the comment the person offered 6 buds for the Whoopee + Ea and the Ea is about 0.3 buds
