I've been trying to get a sapper for a while and finally got one for 9 keys, however I've seen people trying to sell them for 10, which is why I think prices are rising.

No reason to have a higher end at 10 keys.

Absolutely no reason for it to rise. All Crate 40 stranges won't stop crashing until the crate goes away. Even then, it will take months for their price to start raising.
