The misc has no demand whatsoever, been trying to sell mine for 1.55 for a couple days now to no success, it's pretty much a craft hat : http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/80217609

never post a search thread, espacially a buy search, especially for a hat, because it will only show people who buy any craft hats so that it is really hard to search for real offers.

there's at least people who want the hat though for those sort of things, no one is actually buying this one.

did a search for like 15 minutes and you are quite right. only one I found offering 1.66 was this guy http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7891757 but he's an idiot because he offered it one a #69
