Maybe wait for a second sale? since it does happen that the first sale is often much higher than any of the succeeding sales. (Especially on more "specialty hats").

Except if it takes 3 months to potentially get 18 buds... (or any offer above 11) then i wanna say 12-17 is gonna be too high.
