I would say this is a fair price range. Have seen many buyouts at 4-5 which seems unrealistic so i think this is a good price.

b/o's dont matter. i can put a b/o of a HOUWAR for a weapon, but does it make it worth a weapon? no. the best way to find proof for unusuals, is to, look at how much the current owner bought it for, and the offers they are getting. Also when looking at item offers, you need to consider a large overpay.

From what i see most sell between 3-3.5. 4 and above is almost unrealistic unless you genuinely want that hat.

as a note i think some quicksells have gone for about 2 pure i think. But if u want the promos over the hat then i guess go for it. Its all speculation to me.

im jw whats the point of changing the lower end by 0.1? its not really affecting anything. and you still need proof to backup your claimes
