Hehe I know the guy and have been talking with him for a little. But then again there is the burning anger (which is worth more than the 20 this site says says IMO) offer and longs offer aswell. Also on chat he pretty much regected all my offers by telling me they were "low". I can get a screenie if it would sway you :P

While they are valid proof, a bunch of offers from 1 person doesn't necssarily show the worth of something (especially since that person clearly REALLY wants it, and might be more than happy to overpay). [Assuming any get accepted, if they all get rejected, then its pretty valid]

P.S. you really shouldn't make a bunch of offers like that (It gives off the appearance that you're desperate to get it, and will just make the seller less willing to budge).

Though I'd love to know what you think of my suggestion? :P
