3 flat seems better, since there's no successful buyers at 2.66 ref. or around there.

The interest and demand for this misc for the scout has gone down.

Only few buys it for 3.33 ref, while almost nobody buys it at 3.66 ref.

The lowest offer I have seen is a level 99 for 2.66 ref, and it got offered to a buyer who refused to go over 2.44 ref.

No success at 3.66 ref, from what I can see.

And 3.33 isn't successful as well, so the price is obviously dropping on this item.
