I'm aware I was really late to update this given I sold it two weeks ago, but there are only two in existence, with one on sale. And with the speed of the low tier hat market it's extremely unlikely the current seller will flog it soon.

When I had my trade up, I generally received offers in the 1.3-2 range, not counting initial offers to get me started.

I consequently sold this for a Stormy Pickelhaube (worth 1.6-1.9 as per backpack.tf)

Even with the theme of homelessness and uncleanliness, people will still have an extremely hard time reselling given the unpopularity of the hat. With the added fact that people generally dislike themes nowadays and dislike it if someone brings it up and asks for a higher price.
