Conclusion: 1 bud offers are rather common, one trade was done for that. So, low end can be fixed a bit now to 28 keys(1 bud). High end is at the same place, since there is a trade with 31 key b/o and an offer of 33 keys value. I'm not sure who is an outlier from them, so i've just picked the middle - 32 keys or 1.2 buds

Thanks. To make a suggestion, go to either your bp(if you have an item you need there) or to pricelist. click on item once, and choose "Suggest new price" from the context menu. P.s. in the pricelist you'll need to click the price, not the name of the item.

Yeah I went to Pricelist and when I filter Hats only, the unusuals quality isn't availabe to click

Use "Unusual Prices" in "Trading" and then click the price there.

They guy in the last link closed his trade, but still has the unusual in his bp. So there're only two trades running for now on outpost

I seem to have a habit of selling my unusual once someone puts up a price suggestion here on it, and before it gets handled. I like it :P

I treated the Bill's as 9 refined, each item as 2 keys. I figured the genuine anger would be sufficient to cover overpay, I had him keep the genuine AWPer. A very solid 1.33 sale.
