Because 24 is the mid range as there has been 1 sold only. Sits firmly in between so it has a range, there were no offers of 23 keys too. Just giving it a range - unusuals should normally have a range :)

Hmm, that 24 key offer appears to be contingent upon the buyer selling his tux for a bud. That's not gonna happen though.
