This item never sells for 1.33, ever. I have made offers to people for 1.33, they decline. However, many people are asking for 2 or more and getting no where. I think this price range will get people to move the item closer to 1.66, not the 2 ref or even a key that people have wanted.

As you can see, at higher prices, people have a hard time selling this, but at lower ones they get offers fairly quick.

Selling != sold

Look for completed trades, people can ask whatever they'd like, doesn't mean they will get it.

if you look at the trades you can see the offers are quite high

Yes, but those offers are almost always rejected. 1.33 does not accurately portray the price of this item, which is why I want to change it.

If you offer on someone's else's trade 3/4 times they're trying to profit. Create your own trade and voila the item will come to you, for YOUR price!

I bought 2 of these as craft hats the last week down vote. People can ask what ever they want and reject any offer they don't want. You need to provide proof that they are being bought at 1.66, not proof of people asking 1.66.
