This is actually one of the more reasonable people, so it's surprising he has no offers on it.
Conclusion: This hat is mostly getting offers in the 22-26 range, such as the Bubbling Hound Dog, Bubbling Mirror, and Steaming Glove. But, it can also get offers above 32 keys such as Bud + Bills, Bubbling Softcap, and the odd leveled Vintages. So, I think just a bump of the current price is good. If you disagree, comment why.

Given one guy's buy out is 30 and hasn't been taken in a while, and the bud+ bills offer seems to be an outlier and the guy doesn't have them anymore so it's no longer valid. I would drop it to ~24-28 (in pure, remembering about overpay). So yeah, resubmit with that, you'll have my upvote. Also nice proof/discussion ^_^
honestly i think it needs a drop. The high range should not be higher than someone's b/o, or if higher, then not by much, maybe a key or so, for lowtier unusuals.
