So it appears the current range is fine based on the 14-16 key refused offers. I'm leaving the high end at 18 and the low at 14 to establish a range that is fair to both buyers and sellers.

He is bumping the price of the unusual, because it hasn't been updated in 6 months.

because unusual prices are stored in USD. the old avg price was $22.30 the suggested average price is $21.99. hence the down arrow.
