Pretty horrible hat, bad effect. Market is flooded with them. Best offer yet was 22 ish keys in unusuals, with most offers being unusuals that are worth around 20 keys or less.

Link 3 has a lot more than "ONLY" one offer.

I think I'll remain undecided, because unless somebody actually wants the hat to keep/wear, nobody will be offering at or above current price. Should show that sellers are willing to go for a lower price, because you can really set one if no trading is going on.

All the offers on link three aren't related to the Elfin except for one.
