Seems pretty clear to me that a downward adjustment is justified based on the evidence.
Why lower range of price 1.5 ?For 2 weeks have been sold 4 hats,you know at what price they were bought?
The lower end is just a guess on my part, though I did get offered one for 1.6 buds here:
