apart from me thinking this is one of the ugliest misc items in the game, i gotta agree with the people above me, you have unsuccessful trade links so yeah, im gonna have to downvote.

Death up there has a point, you didn't prove that it's impossible to obtain it for 3.33. so why try to raise the lowend? that's where Zeliboid came in, and hurt your chances.
