Well, two trades that have been getting a bit of attention for this hat on outpost. It has a nice Halloween effect and, in my opinion which no one cares about, is underrated. C/O on one of them is a TS Max, other has a B/O of 7.5. (wat)

First trade he got : lvl 13 TS max + 1 bud + bills = 3.3 buds and he rejected.

2nd one he got peace hazmat (3.7-5.1 buds) and probably rejected too.

Also your range is too big (1.2 buds)

I do agree that the range is too low, but a range of 1.2 buds isn't too large of a range when dealing with unusuals
