Conclusion:

Low end - 1 bud. A lot of 1 bud offers, 1 trade with bud b/o (which probably will be sold very soon)

High end - 1.2 buds, because of three offeres of nearly that value. It probably could get 1.3 even, but this hat isn't in that demand. 2-4 weeks old trades have no offers over 1.2.
