The price isn't set.

There are only 3 of existence, i don't own one, but someone was selling for 4.5 - 5 buds. Thought it would be a good place to start.

B/O doesn't make the price, C/O's and what they actually sold for do, id recommend changing you range around the 2.5-3 bud range as the C/O is $95 (2.7 buds) or wait until it gets sold.

Honestly aside from your offer of the GE Phantom, all the other offers don't come close to your suggested range. Unless you can prove others are willing to buy at that price or have sold for this range it just looks like you're willing to pay way more than what its really worth.
