While trying to collect Whoopee Caps, I saw that it is somewhat difficult to find a seller for 1.33 ref. So I am going to post this suggestion and it'll raise my backpack value by a whopping 1.32 refined!

Buyers low ball. Seller's price is what is actually important because they're getting the item to you.

so what? even when they lowball, some sell their hats for 1.22 or lower. That pretty much proves that 1.66 is not possible.

not just these. this guy's proof is quite bad. Even though he has a lot of links, all of his proofs are sellers selling it for more than 1.33 ref. Those trades that has c/o of 1.66 or more is because as i said, their whoopee has paints on it or has special level.

C'mon, man. If you're going to try to make me look bad, at least have some proof to back it up.

I've bought and sold for 1.66, so that shows that it is possible. As you can see, many sellers are selling for 1.66. Some were completed.

Of course there won't be that many selling at 1.33 at one time on outpost. If you're collecting then you should know how to be patient. Most people want to make a profit and if you want to complete your collection urgently then obviously you're going to have to overpay!

The majority of the ones at 1.66 are unsold, only ones that were up for over a month got willing buyers or offers at over 1.33. I see these on scrap.tf quite often, which is why you cant find sellers at 1.33 xD Its a downvote for me for now.

In my opinion, craft hats are 1.33. If someone wants to buy a specific craft hat, they might overpay.

I agree with Laggy. Most of your 1.66 sellers are unsold. This proof would be used to lower the price from 1.66 not raise it.
