Trying to sell for 16 keys: Was offered 16 keys but declined. It seems that he had a higher B/O price then changed his/her mind. Other offers are about 14 - 16 keys in items and 14 pure.

Yeah, I don't much care for a suggestion that revolves around 'lack of offers' and quicksell buyers as its proof, and falls beneath the highest valid and untaken offers to boot.

The s.f.huntsman sale supports your range, but the other two sales are above the suggested price. I think 12 is too low for this hat...

This hat does need a slight bump down, but 12-15 is more fit for a heavy n&b, not medic.
