i think you are forgetting to mention Tux as a factor for buds loosing value the next 3 months !

Tux will be shit, it's really easy to get, and the fact that most people (including myself) have small amounts of idling accounts around make it much easier. I wouldn't be surprised to see them going near craft hats after a month's time.

i think buds drop because we have a new exclusive limited edition promo to play around from 1 march and ppl is waiting to buy those instead of buds!+ the fact that keys have rise since the last buds update! i think buds should be 26 pending to drop further from 1st march and further!

That's a big call to make. Don't throw stuff around like that because you don't like the guy. I don't know what happened with the tuxs, but it doesn't seem like the price was actually manipulated.

It is not just Tux. I already said. Just 2 days ago he fully disagreed on the 27 keys suggestion of mine and posted that crap screen. Now he is like buds impossible to sell at 28 keys etc. He sold all his buds after my suggestion and created 2 key price raises. Thank god last one failed.

I am not a noob trader. I had good proof and tf2finance was supporting my suggestion. I just closed it myself because I was tired of the hate I received and I knew it cause a shit storm.

Nah, no-one's saying you're a noob trader. I'd just prefer it if everyone could get along, I guess. I'd prefer to keep the disagreements about pricing rather than personal issues.

And of course you can "...know and manipulate..." but it's more likely that the price that people were willing to pay has dropped in that time. I don't know, but 'price manipulator' is a loose term, and it can really damage someone's reputation if stuff like that is propped up by disagreements about pricing.

See the counter-proof above. I've sold 2 at 28+2 ref, 1 for 28+1ref, and 1 for 3 white bills which I sold for 29 keys, all in the last week, one 3 days ago. Another guy above shows sales at 28 keys.

Hmm. Do you really think the tux will affect their price? I've been offered the tux for 6 keys and 8 keys multiple times. Page 20 of tux trades on outpost includes bumps that are only 50 min old. I have a hard time believing that the tux is going to be valued anywhere near buds any time soon.

I can confirm that it's disturbingly easy to buy Earbuds for 27 keys each. I put up 3 trades in the past two days and each time I'm added before I have to bump again.

tf2finance does show a general decline over the past few days.. However, I think it's important to note the average selling price is still above 27 keys.

Feb 19-22: Average price hovering just below 27.5 keys

Feb 22: Slight dip, average price hovering just above 27 keys

Feb 23: Average price spikes back up to 27.5 keys

Feb 24-25: Average price dips to just above 27 keys

In my opinion, earbuds are heading to 27 keys at the moment but it's too soon to decrease their value. The current range seems valid to me.

tf2 finance is absolute nothing to do with what is happening here but! you have to consider what change the last 10 days or so !

Tux is what happened everyone knows there's a new player in town!they just wait to buy those cuteys while they will be priced as 5-6 keys!its an investment everyone is waiting to do!and when i say everyone i mean every single one!

i strongly suggest to sell your buds as high as you still can because those 2 exclusive limited edition promos will share the same market-share!so both will be priced around 15-18 keys ;D you here it here first!

27 is very rare . Last 27 sellers I found had already been sold to someone before me .

28 buyers are rather rare too so I'd say 27.5

Doesn't seem like TF2Finance has hit 27 keys yet, but has been moving around between 27-27.5 for 4 or 5 days now, maybe that should be the suggestion? If that was suggested I don't see how it could be shot down.

Hunted high and low for a set and eventually got a set off a friend for 27, no one else would even entertain anything less than 28.

Buds needs a variance banding (27 to 28 or what ever range) then you might actually see some trading in them rather than just straight swaps and demands for higher and higher prices.

The proposer of this has been selling them on outpost happily for 28 keys for weeks, Now they have run out and have a metric shit ton of keys I can only assume that they want the price to drop so they can buy more then inflate the price again repeat ad nausea.
