Conclusion: Sorry if the range is too wide. This one suggestion is according to offers made on outpost. Low end - a bit higher than the lowest offer. High end - a bit lower than the highest offer.
Proof supports current range and they are unusual offers, not pure ;P
Well, if not the low end, high end can be bumped anyway. dat tossle cap doesn't seem to be a desperate outlier, because his previous offer was lower, and he probably just returned with a better one. Actually it's pretty hard to judge whether a guy with an offer a bit above high end is an outlier or just a trader who made a good offer, especially in dealing with expensive unusuals, worth at least over 2 buds. It's also hard to judge because of a habbit among most of sellers to set a b/o much higher than current market price.
Speaking about unusual offers, i know, and it's a trouble for it, cuz it has no pure offers in a lonely trade for 2 months. But as i saw previous suggestions on this hat, it had the same problem before as well. Probably, all the time
I'm going to remain neutral...using other unusuals to price another is a bit iffy. I would have definitely agreed with 3 buds, but that upper-bound of 3.5 is a little far of a reach.

I still have this hat and think what Baloo said there is still true today. I have multiple people added to my friends list just to let them know when I am ready to sell this hat. I think 3-buds is the sweet spot on this hat and you could go a bit above in some cases. 2.6-3.2 would really be the perfect range for this hat, but I'm not suggesting it because I can't prove it otherwise plus I own it. I think you have made a well informed suggestion, but I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't pass. I would really like to see a better way to do unusual suggestions here, but I don't know where you draw the line from pure speculation like TF2 Price Check to what we have here. We need these prices to stay as fresh as possible because people are now looking at the site as the only reference for price. Its just tough to stay motivated to do all the research and post something new, just to be shot down. Sorry for the wall of text on your suggestion. :)
The wall of text isb't a problem, it's good to have a discussion on a problematic hat like this. And about 2.6-3.2, i suggested 2.4-3.2 just becuse i couldn't throw out all 2.3-2.4 offers from the proof. Well, done is done, we'll se what it'll get.
