I basically set for higher price than market (way higher). I didn't seem to reach the value I wanted, however I think that's because the ghost festivizer is also wrong (adjust after I sell that one).
Anyways, lets see the fact. I've been offered buds many times on trade server, and on OP as well (see links). I had trade server offer for 1+sweets and ~30 keys mixed (can not prove it). In the end I sold it for haunted ghost festivizer -dirty robro.
I offered on the guy's trade, so we don't have to take 90% of the value of the new hat. This is the high end of the range: ghost fest (32.26-1.5). Low is the buds offer I received many times.
Note this was the only one on OP.
This new price would also shift this hat between stormy and vivid fest, which is its right place in terms of effect value.
All I see are offers of 20-24 keys. If anything you're showing proof to lower the hat value, but those are just people looking for quick sells. Regardless, what we see is all that matters. You'll need to show some evidence that you've been offered better.
Did you actually opened the link and looked at all the offers???
Its clear there what was offered! The values in the range are actually values in OP, those on trade server _are_not_consdiered_ since I can not prove them.

This is the link where I sold it, but offered robro instead of the 3 keys he requested.
If you summarize the offers fir us it makes it much easier to evaluate. Most suggestions follow that approach.
That's true, though there's not much of a proof here given there's no other ongoing trade on the same hat. Will do that next time.
Go to unusual-hat-search.com you can find a list of owners. Go to their steam rep, that links their outpost accounts. Then you can find owner histories and past trades.
That's one way to find more data.
A dirty robro to upgrade to ghosts? Seems the guy let his go cheap.
Votes are conflicted, on the negative site .But given the rejected 1 pure offer, the claimed trade server, and the final sale, I believe this is more accurate than current price.
